This is the old, yet still beefy dragon that is Rinji's (first) sensei. His full name is Drake-Long Xavthain, though there's a bit of a story to it. You see, the creator had officially named him Drake Xavthain Long, but all the time I've known him, for some reason I always thought his name was literally Drake-Long. I didn't even know about the surname, Xavthain. He quietly followed along as I began developing the Anthroverse with that name in mind for Rinji. And after many stories later, I finally learned what his original name was supposed to be.

Well, long story short, I had tons and tons of pages of stories already made with him as Drake-Long that thankfully, his creator was cool with letting me keep that name canon in my universe. So in the Anthroverse, his full name is Drake-Long Xavthain.

...Also he has wings, but this was drawn before that fact was pointed out to me by his creator, though again he's been really laid back about it. So yeah, Drake-Long is a winged dragon and thus, can fly.

So there you have it, this is the man that Rinji aspires to be.
