Some personal work I did as commission warm ups! I wanted to mess around a bit with using actual backgrounds to make my work, and it was pretty interesting. Also just drawing one of my characters for once, this is lovely Jonathan, he's a sweet but slightly sad boy. He was waiting for someone who didn't come ;_; So hopefully I will have at least one of my commissions done before my birthday~ I'll probably be MIA for a couple days after.

Omg thank you so much <33 I'll show you the PSD file if you want it! But basically I just sketches it up and fitted it into a photo background, made it so he would fit by the bar and stuff, then cell shaded it and lighted it with a yellow light, and then multiplied a noise texture over the top set to a warm tone ;u;

Also, LOVE the style you used here. The whole thing has a slight 'vintage' look to it? Maybe it's the muted tones, but I love it!
