Something I did a week or so ago, seems that my anxiety has come storming back with a purpose.
I have a blood test on Friday, both pressure and taking bloods, to see what can be done about my high blood pressure issue.
Hoping its a case of carrying on losing weight and seeing where it takes me, but I cannot live with this constant shaky heart rattling inside of me causing all kinds of issues. D:
Thankfully, I have a good team of doctors ready to pounce on any problems should they occur, also my family are now aware of the blood pressure skyrocketing at the drop of a hat or my anxiety blasting off into space. :) I now have understanding and that feels great! :D
But yeah, Friday i'll be poked and prodded around. :)
