Riot is a little butt. Think Baby Bowser! He would TOTALLY throw more Bowser spaces down in the middle of your Mario Party. And he always seems to get the blue shell RIGHT before the finish line on the 3rd lap when you think you're about to win. Also, he totally let those ants into your picnic.
