Part 2 of a really big commission for 
cooper42 about how three very different cop ladies has to try and work together.
In the second chapter Judy and her friends goes to make their first case, and things doesn't go as bad as Judy had feared. (Spoiler! It gets worse!!!)

Having to switch partners is never an easy thing to do (Especially since they helped you saved an entire city even!), but Judy Hopps still tried to keep herself positive as she going over to meet with fellow officers Penny Ling and Tigress.
After all, since Bogo had trusted her into leading this team it clearly meant he was seeing something special in her. And if the chief wanted a job well done then Judy would make sure to give him just that!
Entering the area were the (less then dynamic) duo was having their desks Judy could see that they were indeed not the most "traditional" of cops as the bunny noticed how Tigress was wrapping her fists like she was about to head into the boxing ring, and right next to her sat the tubby Penny Ling eating out of a takeaway Chinese Food box that was resting on her big tummy.
Having been told the news about getting a third partner Penny Ling got so excited over seeing Judy arriving, that she got up from her chair so quickly that she ended up tipping half of her lunched sized snack all over her uniform!
Not looking like it was bothering her to much at the moment the plump panda very quickly rushed over to Hopps and was soon towering over the much smaller rabbit with her large frame, before then reaching out her right hand to shake hers while saying, "Nǐ hǎo tùzǐ." to her.
"Uhm...come again?" Judy asked polite as Penny Ling realised the little error in the communication and said, "Sorry. I just said "Hello Rabbit" in my home language." as she explained herself.
"Oh. So you come from China?" Judy asked curiously as Penny Ling explained that while she did have many Chinese relatives, she had been born and raised within the town of Zootopia.
"It is so exciting to finally meet you in real life! Both me and Tigress here have followed your whole amazing journey as a cop in this town, and we are both pretty jealous over how far you managed to come in such a short time! Isn't that right Tigress?" Penny Ling asked her colleague, who was just looking down at the hero of the city and new leading partner of the group with that typical "though love" look over both being proud, honoured, and also a bit jealous over seeing a common rabbit managing to have done so much more then her during her time in the force.
"True, but she also just defeated a bunch of evil sheep's." Tigress replied before holding out a claw between the stare that she and Judy was having. "And had it been between me and you instead, then you would have just been a tasty meal for me to enjoy."
Knowing now that she had to do with both a clumsy but sweet hearting bear, and a somewhat unstable and self-leading tiger Judy knew she really had her work cut out for her with this one!
Having barley got any time to fully getting to know her new co-workers Judy and the rest soon received a call about a small robbery happening in Downtown Zootopia, and they all very quickly had to leave in order to get over there and stop whoever it was!
When reaching the car Judy quickly came in charge of driving them all there, as when Tigress was behind the wheel there would always be a big bill of porperty destruction waiting for Bogo afterwards, and when it was Penny Ling she would never dare to try and go over the speed limits, even when in an emergency situation.
Arriving outside the place that had sent out the call for help Judy couldn't help but notice how familiar it all was, and upon seeing a very long thin looking burglar wrecking havoc inside a fruit store she knew exactly what it was.
"Looks like Weaselton is up trying to steal fruits and vegetables again!" Judy said as she and her colleagues all kept hidden behind their car as they saw the slippery weasel being all to busy to stuff a big bag full with his "loot" to notice the coopers had arrived.
Upon looking closer they could see that Weaselton had even gone so far this time to tie up the pig owner, and had him even gagged with a big red apple in his mouth!
"Seems like we have a hostage situation here." Judy said as Tigress almost tried to jump over the car and run straight into the store, but was quickly stopped and pulled back down by both Judy and Penny Ling.
Still the commotion outside had been heard by the weasel, who knowing that he didn't have any kind of weapon of his own had to improvise a way to avoid certain arrest.
Judy was trying her best to tell Tigress that she couldn't just jump out there and start rushing into dangerous situations like that when they suddenly heard Weaselton's voice shouting, "Okay Coppers! If you are going to play rough then I can do that too! If any of you dares getting any closer then the pig will get it!"
Looking up over the car hood all three of them could see the weasel slightly visible in the window, holding something strange in his hand, and having it placed next to the head of the scared pig! (It was actually just an eggplant that Weaselton was holding, but as long as the cops thought it was real gun then he could still use it as a way to get out of his predicament.)
"Okay. This might look really bad, but I am sure if we just think out a good plan on how to handle this then it will all be alright..." Judy was trying to tell he colleagues when Tigress suddenly again stood up and started to send out a bunch of tranquilising darts into the store!
Realising that at least one cooper was so aggressive as to actually shoot back Weaselton let go off the pig, and dashed out of the place without his big sack of stolen goods to make his escape that much more quicker!
Seeing the criminal trying to make a run for it Tigress wasn't late on trying to toss herself on top of him and wrestle the tiny weasel down onto the ground when suddenly she felt how she was hit!
Upon looking back she noticed how she had got a tranquilising dart right into her right butt cheek, and looking up she also saw that it had been Penny Ling that had shot her when she in the stress had tried (and obviously failed) to hit Weaselton with her gun.
Tigress could only take just a few more steps before she collapsed onto the street, and it was now up to Judy and Penny Ling to take on the chase of the weasel.
Sadly their hunt only lasted for very short time as when Weaselton decided to make a sharp turn and head into an alley Penny Ling wasn't as agile to do the same, as Judy just got a clear shoot of the bad guy as he was running down the alley when suddenly she had the blubbery bear by her side all over herself as the rabbit girl now was trapped underneath the tripped over panda!
Being short on breath from having tried to run as quickly as the bunny had it took about 10 seconds before Penny Ling had enough air to lift herself up, and finally get Judy to crawl out from under her.
Once up on her feet Judy had to face the sad reality that Weaselton had indeed managed to escape them, and going back to the store Judy had to report on the radio to the station on what just happened, as Penny Ling was trying to help get Tigress back onto her feet.
"Come on Tigress! Let's get up on 3! 1, 2, 3!" Penny Ling shouted as she was trying her hardest to drag her still mostly drugged colleague up, when a big "RIP!!!" sound could be heard!
Feeling a big breeze coming from her behind Penny Ling very quickly realised that when both bending over and trying to squat to pull her fellow officer off from the ground had resulted in back of her uniform pants ripping apart completely, fully exposing her big fat butt!
"This is Officer Judy Hopps reporting...How things went?" Judy was saying into the police radio before looking over at Penny Ling letting go of Tigress arms and making the tiger female fall back onto the street, while she herself was covering up her exposed behind.
Turning her back against Tigress while she was staring to get somewhat conscious again the slightly drugged tiger girl looked up and saw that she was starring right into the exposed bottom of her colleague Penny Ling.
Seeing that thing so up close and wiggling with every movement from that thick panda lady Tigress was heard very loudly saying, "You know what you should do with that big butt of yours, Penny Ling?" before then starting to lift her own ass up into the air as far as she could and shake that thing from side to side while singing some kind of "Booty Shaking" song.
Penny Ling was obviously both very confused and embarrassed over Tigress starring at her exposed butt so much, and it all made for a very awkward scene to be seen. (And heard since the radio was snapping up Tigress's drunk sounding singing.)
"...Let's just say that it could have gone slightly better then it did." Judy Hopps said before hanging on the phone, and face-palming again over just what kind of hopeless case she had been handed.
After an incredibly failed mission like that one all the three female cops most likely wanted now was to forget about it all and go home as they were driving back towards the station. (At least Tigress was having an easy time forgetting it, since she was still rambling unrecognizable slurs thanks to the dart that she got hit with.)
As their drugged up member was to busy rolling around and being weird in the backseat Penny Ling and Judy was both sitting in the front seat, with Penny Ling trying to prevent even more of her pants ripping apart, and Judy just focusing on the driving.
After few more moments of silence (And countless failed attempts by Penny Ling to stop the hole in her pants by growing, as now also parts of her thick thights was very visible!) Penny Ling finally took a deep breath said to her colleague, "Judy. I think I am speaking for both of us when I say that we are so sorry for ruining your mission with us in the team."
Hearing how guilty the panda was sounding in her voice Judy was starting to feel a bit bad as she leaned over to her partner and said, "Don't be that. That is why I'm here to help you get better at it."
Feeling very happy by the support the bunny was giving her Penny Ling still had a few bits of doubts as she added, "I don't know if it will work so well. We are pretty hard learners." right before Tigress could be heard shouting "Just show me were that evil wolf pack is, and I will take care of them all on my own!" before rolling over and getting stuck between the car floor and the seats.
"You see what I mean?" Penny Ling said, as Judy had to admit that it might take the rest of her life to help make them any better.
"It's already late as of now so best thing to do is to get back to the station, get cleaned up, and then going back home and get some sleep for the next day!" Judy said as a way of pepping the one of the two sitting next to her.
"Sure! Let's go for that!" Penny Ling said and gave a steady high five to Judy before a certain slurred voice could be heard coming from underneath the panda's seat and said, "I can see your bare butt from down here Penny Ling. It looks so big and fluffy! I want to have a big butt like you!"
Turning over to Judy (Who was already looking at her with the same awkward face as she was having) Penny Ling took one quick look over her shoulder to see the trapped Tigress starring right up against the open edge of the seat, before then telling Judy "We really need to get Tigress to the showers quickly!"
Once finally back at the station Judy and Penny Ling wasted no time dragging the still drugged up Tigress out of the car and into the ladies changing room, from which they didn't even bother to undress the cat girl and instead just pushed Tigress inside directly!
"Oh Penny Ling...your big butt and me. We could become the bests of friends!" Tigress was heard saying as she was pretending to hug and snuggle with that big butt of the panda, that was just standing a few feet away together with Judy watching on slightly disturbed.
"Okay. Can't we just get started on this now? This is seriously starting to creep me out!" Penny Ling said to Judy, who immediately started to make all the showers start shooting out it's most coldest water all over Tigress.
It only took a few seconds before the other two could see how a very wet (and now almost cold blue) Tigress came rushing out of the showers, as she was now shaking like a leaf freezing and shouted "What the heck just happened?!"
Despite knowing they would have to explain this to her sooner or later both Penny Ling and Judy had a pretty hard time knowing just how to best tell it to Tigress, but eventually Penny Ling knew that she had been the one that had been pulling the trigger so she took to say it.
"Well...during our mission I, kinda, sorta, made my tranquiliser dart hit you in the bum." Penny Ling said as Tigress did feel a slight pain in her bottom, and realising that she still had been somewhat awake moments after it happen she started to get really ashamed as she asked, "Did I say or do anything stupid?"
Both Judy and Penny Ling tried then WAY to hard to pretend that she hadn't which only made it all to clear that there must have been a ton of embarrassing stuff that she had been letting happening after she got hit by the dart.
"You know what? Since I know I would probably kill myself if I ever got to know just what I did or said, I rather don't want to know anything at all!" Tigress said as she was then starting to undress herself. "And I need to get out of these wet and cold clothes before I freeze to death!"
Being that they had come here also to have showers before leaving for the day Judy Hopps and Penny Ling also got fully undressed, before then all three naked females took and got under their own showerhead to get cleaned up.
Having them all standing next to each other like this made it pretty easy to notice the very different body types that each of the girls had.
Tigress was looking just as buff and strong as her personality had one to believe, with her slick waist, muscular arms and legs, and a small but still pretty solid rump and bust to show off with. She looks gorgeously hot, but she could also kill you in a second if you tried to touch her without permission.
Judy did almost come off as "plump and lazy" compared to the fit shapes of her Tiger partner, but Judy still was pretty well trained since her legs was also of the most muscular side. Then she also had her arms being a bit less muscular, a breast size that was actually a bit the same size as Tigress's (Despite Judy being only half the size of Tigress's height.), and when it came to rabbits in general it never really mattered how well trained they became as they still would have a pretty wide, round, and plump looking rump to show off. (Along with their super tiny tails sticking up right between the top of the cheeks.)
Finally there was Penny Ling left, and if her bursting her uniform broken was any indication she might be just a tad bit larger in size then what Pandas normally is. She was doing very right to be called "The Female Clawhauser" cause underneath that uniform was a very large and fat body, including stuff like a head and neck that was just about as swollen as on a certain male cheetah, a couple of melons each about as big as the head of Tigress, a rump and tights so wide that a police car could be hidden behind it, and a gut that had so much fat that it stood for just about the same amount of weight as the rest of her body combined!
It took different amounts of time for all three of them to get cleaned up and dried off (Mostly Penny Ling, cause she had so much more body then the other two to clean.), but once dressed in their civil clothes instead of their uniforms they could all leave for the night.
Looking at her broken up Police pants Penny Ling sighed as she tossed them into the nearest trash can and said, "Guess I have to try and order another extra large size increase on my next ones." to Judy as she continued along.
"Has that happened often to you?" Judy carefully asked as Penny Ling started to think after hardly before then saying, "Not this often. I think it had been something with these last couple of weeks that has triggered something in me."
"Triggered? Like what?" Judy asked, but before she could answer they could both heard the sound of a buss stopping and Tigress shouting, "Penny Ling! Hurry up please!"
"Oh right! Me and Tigress always takes the same buss back from work." Penny Ling said as she started to run up towards the buss before it left of the station.
"See you tomorrow Judy!" Penny Ling shouted before entering the doors, and being driven off together with Tigress.
Being all alone on her own walk home Judy was still very curious on what Penny Ling had been telling her.
"There seems to be something more about those two then what meets the eye." Judy thought to herself as she promised herself that tomorrow she would take and figure out more on just what that meant!
That night Judy had a pretty hard time going to sleep, since she was just thinking about everything she had been experiencing on this crazy day.
Being placed into working with some new partners. Two female ones that had some pretty hard times working properly in most situations. A simple case of Weaselton trying to steal vegetables turned into total embarrassment. And then finally there was a very awkward drive back to the station followed by a very cryptic conversation from Penny Ling before they eventually parted ways.
After some time the bunny finally managed to close her eyes and go to sleep, thinking to herself that when the next day would come things would hopefully be going a bit better then it did today.

Penny Ling said as Tigress did feel a slight pain in her bottom, and realising that she still had been somewhat awake moments after it happen she started to get really ashamed as she asked, "Did I say or do anything stupid?"
Both Judy and Penny Ling tried then WAY to hard to pretend that she hadn't which only made it all to clear that there must have been a ton of embarrassing stuff that she had been letting happening after she got hit by the dart.
"You know what? Since I know I would probably kill myself if I ever got to know just what I did or said, I rather don't want to know anything at all!" Tigress said as she was then starting to undress herself. "And I need to get out of these wet and cold clothes before I freeze to death!"
Being that they had come here also to have showers before leaving for the day Judy Hopps and Penny Ling also got fully undressed, before then all three naked females took and got under their own showerhead to get cleaned up.
Having them all standing next to each other like this made it pretty easy to notice the very different body types that each of the girls had.
Tigress was looking just as buff and strong as her personality had one to believe, with her slick waist, muscular arms and legs, and a small but still pretty solid rump and bust to show off with. She looks gorgeously hot, but she could also kill you in a second if you tried to touch her without permission.
Judy did almost come off as "plump and lazy" compared to the fit shapes of her Tiger partner, but Judy still was pretty well trained since her legs was also of the most muscular side. Then she also had her arms being a bit less muscular, a breast size that was actually a bit the same size as Tigress's (Despite Judy being only half the size of Tigress's height.), and when it came to rabbits in general it never really mattered how well trained they became as they still would have a pretty wide, round, and plump looking rump to show off. (Along with their super tiny tails sticking up right between the top of the cheeks.)
Finally there was Penny Ling left, and if her bursting her uniform broken was any indication she might be just a tad bit larger in size then what Pandas normally is. She was doing very right to be called "The Female Clawhauser" cause underneath that uniform was a very large and fat body, including stuff like a head and neck that was just about as swollen as on a certain male cheetah, a couple of melons each about as big as the head of Tigress, a rump and tights so wide that a police car could be hidden behind it, and a gut that had so much fat that it stood for just about the same amount of weight as the rest of her body combined!
It took different amounts of time for all three of them to get cleaned up and dried off (Mostly Penny Ling, cause she had so much more body then the other two to clean.), but once dressed in their civil clothes instead of their uniforms they could all leave for the night.
Looking at her broken up Police pants Penny Ling sighed as she tossed them into the nearest trash can and said, "Guess I have to try and order another extra large size increase on my next ones." to Judy as she continued along.
"Has that happened often to you?" Judy carefully asked as Penny Ling started to think after hardly before then saying, "Not this often. I think it had been something with these last couple of weeks that has triggered something in me."
"Triggered? Like what?" Judy asked, but before she could answer they could both heard the sound of a buss stopping and Tigress shouting, "Penny Ling! Hurry up please!"
"Oh right! Me and Tigress always takes the same buss back from work." Penny Ling said as she started to run up towards the buss before it left of the station.
"See you tomorrow Judy!" Penny Ling shouted before entering the doors, and being driven off together with Tigress.
Being all alone on her own walk home Judy was still very curious on what Penny Ling had been telling her.
"There seems to be something more about those two then what meets the eye." Judy thought to herself as she promised herself that tomorrow she would take and figure out more on just what that meant!
That night Judy had a pretty hard time going to sleep, since she was just thinking about everything she had been experiencing on this crazy day.
Being placed into working with some new partners. Two female ones that had some pretty hard times working properly in most situations. A simple case of Weaselton trying to steal vegetables turned into total embarrassment. And then finally there was a very awkward drive back to the station followed by a very cryptic conversation from Penny Ling before they eventually parted ways.
After some time the bunny finally managed to close her eyes and go to sleep, thinking to herself that when the next day would come things would hopefully be going a bit better then it did today.
