This is Sparky's Diner in Hatch New Mexico, along the 26, just off Interstate 25 south.

Sparky has a thing for old restaurant Icons , his place is covered with them. The old A&W Root beer family along the roof is a prime example.

Sparky has weird hours, only open Thursday through Sunday. I never ever seem to catch him open, I'd love to check out the inside of the place and try out his food.

Theres more stuff to the left of the photo, but there was a massive RV parked there, blocking most of it.
