This is the fourth of a set of 9 refs for Skaig. He is a Hellhound, and due to this, he travels both the realms of the living and dead. As he navigates through the different circles of hell found in the story of Dante (Specifically Inferno), he morphs and twists into different forms.

This is the fourth circle of hell : Greed.

In this form, Skaig's body is morphed once more to accommodate the sins of the fourth circle of Hell, Greed. In this circle, his body turns a dirty golden - much like the base of all greed, currency. His paws and underside become stained with the blood of those who perished under the insatiable greed of those who value physical goods more than anything else - even the life of another. His ancient runes morph once more to suit his environment. His body is adorned with all sorts of precious stones and jewelry to taunt the damned of this circle with the very things they have been so ignorant to base their morals on in life. Ragged antlers sprout from his skull with valuables and icons of currency, which morph into different symbols depending on which damned souls are around him. The overall shape of his body and physique don't change dramatically for this circle, as the souls here do not care of such things.
