When Tsume was publicly challenged for his Centurionship, he had a rough, no-magic-allowed fight in the Bane for his title against a much larger opponent. He won a fight that most saw as rigged against him. After the victory, he was presented with a Greatsword that leaves trails of black ash when he swings - the Sootsayer.
Or maybe his owner just completed Twilight and made up a different sword for in-canon Tsume. Maybe.
Art by salad-mceyebrows. Man, he has a keen eye for armor, guys. And his feel always has a Japanese-oni kinda ring to it, at least to me. This is cool work.
