Looks like Brutus is giving this Yeen here a nice punishment for trespassing on Military grounds. And by the looks of things, he found the perfect punishment; sniffing his huge, worn boots XD he better get used to it coz I dont think this'll be the last time

And Brutus is just altering Rcky's boots, probably as a reminder for what he did today ;P but I think the Yeen isnt gonna learn XD
