Looks like he spotted someone ^^' and judging from his gesture and that boot there, I think he wants something...and he's not taking no as an answer ^^;
He has a pair of ''toy boots'' that he usually carries around. They're just normal combat boots that are too small to fit him, so he uses them as toys...mostly for stuff like sniffing or for his bullying antics XP
