1930's - Ms. Peanut

This was inspired by Mr. Peanut of Planters Peanuts. Because I was inspired by the design or Peter Nutbutter, so I thought I'd give Penelope a fitting role. And the concept of Mr. Peanut was designed way before the 1930's so I thought it was deemed accurate to make the parallel idea to take place around that time era.
