Haha, those are called "Waffenamps." Its the same as parts on an american M1 being stamped "US." :P If the eagles on that one have swastikas, that means those parts were made between 1938 and 1945, and if it has Reichswehr eagles (ones without the swastika), it was made between 1935 and 1940 (there is some overlap, as it took awhile to phase out the older eagle stamps).
