Well, they are hypocrites, for one, preaching equality and acceptance while despising anyone who disagrees with them. Plus, they have shown themselves to be violent, vandalizing both public and private property from spray paint to smashing windows. Secondly, when somebody wants to go in to ask them questions to learn more about it, they usually turn the cold shoulder. Unless you are a radical like them, they don't want anything to do with you. The ones that do talk soon ignore the interviewer after being asked "Why are you doing this?" It's simply mob mentality being followed. They are mad because the are told things are bad, but not even they know why. Thirdly, they disrespect many people who are true victims in society by claiming things such as racism, sexual assault, etc. when none such things are true for them. I respect all viewpoints and groups, except those that hurt others in any way, shape, or form, or disrespect other views, which Antifa does both of.
I have seen way too many people blindly follow a path they think is righteous (which fighting for the end of discrimination and such is noble, I often do so, just not so radically) when it isn't. It's shown in history that it's better to be bold yet civil than bold and uncivil. Martin Luther King Jr. proved this juxtaposed to Malcom X, who was much more radical than MLK. MLK preaches in his "I Have a Dream" Speech that the dream he holds is equality, where blacks and whites can hold hands and live in harmony. Where people are judged by character, not color-- and the end of segregation. Malcom X was actually a proponent of segregation, and believed blacks should be separate from whites and try to be better. He also believed violence is okay when necessary, when MLK believes the best way to win support is to win respect by standing for a goal with fair, justifiable points and actions. Antifa, however, has failed to learn that radical change should not be achieved by radical actions.
Phew, sorry for the rant. I just am extremely against hate groups, and Antifa has done A LOT of bad things, more so than good. I hope their goal is achieved, but I don't hope they continue their violent pursuit, otherwise the accomplishment of such goals will be met with extreme bitterness and resentment.

Oh, I understand you. I, too, have a bad experience with antifa. My girlfriend abandon me sake of for a company of TRUE punks with absolutely the same views as mine, but only they hated me and called counterfeit. When I asked them to explain why I am an counterfeit, and tell what they think the TRUE punk should know. They did not reply anything at all and continue to hate me until now. Although, they argued that they are antifa, but in fact they have not less hypocrisy than the fascists. They also said that leftist punk movement needs people, and by they opinion, I am an untermensch(?) Sometimes I remember them and I feel very ashamed that my confederates are behaving this way and sometimes I want to give up this subculture because of this shit.
I no longer met the ardent anti-fascists in my city and I didnt know that among them so often there are filthy humans. But, nevertheless, I agree with the anti-fascist ideology and do not believe that exactly this is makes humans filthy. This is their personal quality, such people are clowns pretending to be anti-fascists, by no means TRUE

I agree, I hate fascism too-- I suppose it varies based on where you live. The U.S. is recognized as fascist by some when there's really no evidence to support a claim. After all, if it were a fascist government, then they would be unable to form groups such as Antifa, let alone have it get media coverage.
