I hated this guy. Timing was every thing. Probably why he the most recognized SM2 Boss.

I loved listening to the accent he was given in the old Super Mario Bros Super Show. The nearly shattered sunglasses are a nice touch. Don't give up the bombs! Maybe you and Bomberman can trade notes.

Mouser was easily the best boss, though SMB2 had some pretty decent ones. Fry Guy and the 3-headed Snake were both pretty hard.

There were a couple of cartoons. But I don't think he ever shows up again in the games. But I wouldn't be surprised if there were a few evil henchman who decided that they "need a new gig."
