Especially non-raptor non-corvid birds. Why does it seem that every avian character is either raptor or corvid? Hmm.

Gryphons generally fall in the raptor crowd because its very rare when they're -not-, haha. Though I did see a blue jay gryphon before-- still a corvid though. XD

I don't see many phoenixes though. I've just seen one and that was rather recently.

Hurray for Geese though! There's a flock of 'em that lives near me, I bring 'em bits of old bread quite often. They're funny 'cause they follow you around -everywhere-. You'd think they were domesticated or something, haha. Won't let me pet 'em though. :(

Geese are a pretty independent bunch/flock/gaggle.
They live around fields and lakes here, just mowing the grass and getting chased by rowdy kids.

Haha, they live near a tiny artificial pond here. They get bossed around by the much larger white geese, but in turn, they like to pick on the far smaller ducks -- especially the melanistic ones which form a small flock by themselves. It's really amusing watching them sometimes, the white geese get super mad at you if you don't feed them -first-.
