A surprise gift art piece from  BlueMario1016. Here, the Marching Wonder is demonstrating a new attack move of his that he recently learned, which doesn't require his trademark drum, the Booming Snare, or his special mace (though you can still see it in the back there). Instead, when he spreads his arms (and in some cases, yells out the name of the attack), the enemies all get pelted with white stars falling from the sky, which accurately mimic the stars on Old Glory. While this is happening, a transparent image in the sky of a transparent Colonel Gold Eagle appears; the Eagle appears atop a flashing white light and a neon red, white, and blue star. (An explosion-esque sound accompanies this.)

Enemies falling victims to this attack are left literally seeing stars in their eyes, and usually come out dizzy.
