This is sort of a re-imaging of the scene from the first episode of Road Rovers; "Let's Hit the Road", where Shepherd/The Master, monologues on how he knows that Parvo is out there and that he created these "monsters" (even though the canomutants are technically slaves who were forced into slavery against their will). And it is here where Parvo monologues that he understand the quality of dogs, and that their loyalty is something to exploit and take advantage of. And yes, I took a picture of this with my camera because I'm currently without a functioning scanner.
