I like the idea of having thematic badges when I go to AnthroCon (even if this was my first proper theme badge). AnthroCon 2018's theme was Movie Monsters, and it was awesome! I carried this around my neck, attached to a lanyard, laminated by a stand in the Dealers' Den. I requested it so that it could be flipped and have an image on both sides.
Common reaction: "Hey, your badge is pretty cool!"
"Thanks! It was drawn by [MarkisComic'a other usernames]."
"Well they did a great job!"
"Oh wait, that's not all!" flip badge
"Oh WOW!"
So if any of you guys saw my badge at the convention and loved it, be sure to check out MarkisComic, he does great art!
