Thomas Matsudahairi was once part of a rich and powerful family known as the Redfield, he change his last name to his mother maiden name, do of his personal grudge against his father. Growing up was rough for Thomas, especially when your father look down on you as a disappointment. After school his father train him with different type of skills that his family are always train with. Martial art combat, marksman ship, computer hacking, the works. Thomas father is trying to train him to be a deadly assassin for the family business, taking out people that his father doesn't like. Thomas gotten use to this type of career, but at the same time he was getting tired taken orders from a mad man. Thomas hardly have a good relationship with his brother and sisters, except for his little sister Nova, who was the only sibling that have the same mother like him. When his mother pass away from giving birth of her, he does his best to raise his little sister on his own. he know that neither his father or the others will respect her that much, since most of them treat her like a black sheep of the family.

When Thomas mother pass away, there was alot of things he never knew about her past. He learn that his mother was dealing with supernatural thing, like how to hunt them down, or cast magical spells. Thomas started reading some of his mother books that had ancient enchantment inside of them, he eve read something about bringing someone back from the dead. Over the years Thomas did alot more studies about magic and demons, but during his time of studies, he notice that his little sister was getting harm each day by his father, and he was getting tired with it. One day he face his father, letting him know that he was done with him. His father wasn't going to allow him to leave, but Thomas end his father life, by shooting him the forehead. Thomas and Nova were both left the family home and try to go on their own, but their trip was cut short when his car ran off the hill and crash towards the ground. Thomas manage to survive the crash, but his little sister Nova died when her body was burnt up. Thomas try to use the forbidden spell to bring his sister back, but it cost him his left arm, and right leg, plus half of his heart to bring him back. Even when he done that, his little sister became a dragon demon that nearly try to kill him, by stabbing her claws to his chest. When his sister done that, Thomas was half way dead, and his soul went to another alternate afterlife, where most spirit that use forbidden magic stayed. Thomas spent most of his life trying to find a way back, he even found places that had a library. he read more books that had more spells then his mother had, he even found a book that had a history about his mother family. He learn that her family were demon hunters, and they were train to kill off evil monster and demons, in order to protect the world. Thomas is surprise to learn about his mother past, but only wish he could had done more. When he kept on searching, he round up meeting a goddess of death, who is happen to be his mother all this time. She told him that she can bring him back to the real world, but he had to serve as a demon slayer to stop monster from harming the real world. He had no problem of doing that, but he learn that his little sister is alive, but she is the queen of the underworld, and he had to face her.

When Thomas accepted his mother offer, Thomas have to get use to the real world, since he been gone for thirty years. Thomas main mission to take out demons, and his sister, but he had to face the most dangerious mission of them all, is trying to raise a orca dragon girl, who happened to be your clone. Thomas doing his best to be a good father to a orca dragon name Dashie, it not exactly easy at first, but in time they become a good team that can do anything together.
