This is a character a friend of mine played in a DnD game I'm running: Zog-Zog the Doomsayer. He was a goblin divination wizard who worshiped Rurizu, the crow god of prophecy, fate, disease, and ill omens (a diety of my own creation). He was generally very insane, and mostly just raved about how everyone was doomed in some way or another. He eventually retired the character.
