In the Pokemon Academy world, Mewtwo are extremely rare, and there are only twenty-two that were created in a top secret science lab. Serenity is one of the twenty-two mewtwo, and she is working as a Secretary at the school. When she was living at the science lab, Serenity was once known as subject three, and was train mainly for combat training, or increasing her physic abilities. When the Pokemon rescue team discover the science lab, and shut it down, Serenity was happy to be free, but she was having a hard time how to live on her own. Serenity met one of the Pokemon rescue team members, and ask them to see if she can stay with them. She lived with the team leader Thomas, and be part of his family. Serenity is grateful that Thomas is allowing her to stay at his home with his two daughters. it will take her some time to learn how to live a normal life, but in time she will find a way to repay her master for the freedom she gain, and be the best secretary for the school.
