And yes, this is another character from a game I am planning. I seem to have a lot of those.

In a superhero game I am running soon, Hoxton was a professional thief, working by commission. On one job, he was hired to break in to a government research lab. The job was a setup, with an entire team of SWAT waiting. Hoxton and his crew fled, but all but him were gunned down. Hoxton barely escaped an explosion, but was thrown into research clean room, exposing him to strange super tech. He was arrested and sent to prison, but over several weeks, he slowly mutated into his current reptile form.

Labled as a metahuman villain, Hoxton was packed up to be sent to a special supermax prison, there to be held indefinitely without trial. During the transfer, Hoxton used his newfound super strength and agility to escape the transport.

Now forced to operate under secrecy, Hoxton vowed that he would never be caught again. Using his newfound abilities, Hoxton swore to both steal enough to never be poor again, as well as finding the crime outfit that set him up and make them pay. Hoxton is patient. He will take his time to take what is owed.
