Sorry. I don't think so. His kids are only 7 and 10. I know this because it's on Emery's profile. His profile is in the back of The Internship hard copy. Besides, if it were one of Emery's kids, how did she get blond fur? Either she completely dyed it or blond fur is a recessive trait in the family and she got it dominant.
It might be his brother. We know Andy has a brother. We have just never seen him. But is there a possibility that this is his brother. From the spots in the center of the face. Most of the spots are makeup, but the ones in the middle look natural to me. Don't forget that Andy has some natural spots on the right side of his head, at the base of his neck. He is part dalmatian.
In Volume 1 during the Black and White Flashback Sequence. Cooper was throwing rocks at Andy's window. Cooper told Andy he was worried that he was going to end like his father. Before Andy let Cooper in he told him to be quiet because his parents and brother were sleeping. Also, in Andy's profile at the back of the hard copy it says he has a younger brother and an older sister.
