This is realy well done. I'm realy starting to wish I could do frame by frame.
I just gotta ask though, what app did you use to convert it into a Gif for your avitar? I ask because I just recently figured out how to create Gifs in ImageReady, and I figured out how to get the file size down without getting artifacts/grain.
