No one expected such a brilliant scientists obsession with pirates and all things about them to consume her, but it did. The PHDs, the numerous grants for breakthrough research projects, the various companies she assisted with secret military projects... All a means to her own personal goals, finally realized. The Silverhawk appeared high above the city without warning one day, a behemoth of a ship looking like a sailing ship of old, with several modern propulsion engines on each side. There was modern technology all over the vessel, from the powerful guns in place of normal cannons, to the reactive shield that inital attackers soon discovered repelled even missiles, the Silverhawk was a near unstoppable mix of new technology and old style.

"Ahoy, ye landlocked losers!" She said. Long gone was her normal lab or even public attire, replaced with a traditional pirates wardrobe. "Dr. Cassandra Miles has decided to go on account! Ye all laughed at me, thought me crazy, obsessed..." She grinned as she held the wheel of her ship, expertly steering it between the skyscrapers of the downtown area. "But it's Captain Blackthorn and her merry group that'll be laughing as we make ye hand over all yer valuables! It's a new golden age of piracy, and I'm going to be the queen of it!" Blackthorn cackled as her ship hovered over the first national bank, some of her crew decending so they could begin robbing the place. It had taken years of secret work to achieve her dream, and now nobody was going to stop her from living it out.

I saw this cutie for a while, and I couldn't resist getting her anymore, especially with the backstory I thought out for her! So say hello to Dr. Cassandra Miles, a super genuis turned supervillain thanks to her obsession with piratry. As far as villains go, she's actually pretty fair and kind to civillains and those in her crew, following her own code of pirate conduct. Still, she's a pirate, and unabashed property destruction and underhanded tricks to get the upper hand can be expected when fighting her. Also, pirate speak!
