When Hazel and Primrose found themselves floating in what they could only conclude was the sky, alive and well, looking upon the entire world they responded with differing kinds of amazement,

Hazel tried to understand what was going on. The old legends of El-ahrairah had made it clear that rabbits weren't meant to rule the world, so why should the two of them be larger than the world?

Primrose, after all she'd been through, saw things differently. She figured that, maybe, they were the only rabbits destined to rule the world. Any difficulties humanity could make would be meaningless at their size.
