Exquisite! Its a very in-depth and emotional piece. Since I try to at least give other artists some kind of critique when they're open to it, (many are afraid to) I shall give my little slice. I personally think this needs little to no fixing. My suggestions are more for my own eyes and what would fit. Beauty in art varies greatly from person to person after all. I think this would look spectacular with more little white speckles in the tigers eyes and on his nose to show a bit more moisture. This tiny little detail adds so much to pieces like this.
