A character based on a scrapped design, changed the species to a vampire dragon, otherwise colors and most concepts were something I had listed. Also gave him a dragon form lol

A vampire dragon, he gets most of his blood either from the animals he keeps on his estate or from blood bags banks otherwise deemed too old to use and threw out. He lives on a manor with a small guest house and acres of land he uses to keep animals like horses, chickens, and deer. When he hosts guests or is around new people he acts very posh and stuck up. When he gets comfortable around someone he becomes much more relaxed and fun loving. The gold scales of his dragon form are actually pure gold, which he can sell off whenever he sheds them to grow new ones. When he's relaxed at home he wears his robe with jewelry and -nothing- else, when he's out he wears his vest. The mask is optional but if he's not wearing the mask he'll be wearing his "halo" (gold circlet), he will always be wearing some sort of circlet.
