...It's kind of like a Halloween picture when I think about it. The white hood. The glowing eyes. The inability to see her face. It was like rather than try and copy the BlazBlue character, she was going for a ghost.
Not that there's anything in particularly wrong with that.
What I like is the coloration here. It's more or less...monochrome with the exception of the eyes and that red hair braid. (Well SOMEONE has to notice it's there.) Still, in referring to the clothes, I like how she looks more like a phantom than the character. (Who she's supposed to be… name eludes me. I just know she's that catgirl who staples herself to the screen...) The black background you have her also happens to enhance The effect. (What with the ghost dressed girl in dark space/alley effect. I can enjoy that.)
Though in this picture you used a lot of solid colors in shading in comparison to what you used on pictures I've seen before. (At least the ones I've commented upon already.) There's no real color blending done here. Much like what I'd see done with Chaz's hair. (Wherein 4 to 5 colors look like they intermingle together starting from orange and ending with black.) Everything here just happens to be shaded with a solid simple gray color and I think that was pretty nicely done.
The theme of this alone would have sold me, but in all honestly, I like the picture myself.
I think Dark kun might enjoy it a bit more, and yet I still find it enjoyable myself~
