Despite his quick, efficient, and brutal nature, it is widely reported, but unconfirmed, that he does not target civillians and may have possibly sabotaged most of the SOS's efforts during The War of Magdaangaraw.

Description: At 6 years of age, Ulan became one of the youngest people to have ever joined Pulong Kayumanggi's Special Forces. Inexperienced but readily able to adapt, he was notable for saving all 127 residents of the village of Taga-Dagat before losing his life during a radicalist uprising that lasted for 7 months. He was later posthumously rewarded for his actions and has a memorial built within Taga-Dagat.
