Alert: Wall of text ahead.
I actually have until November 13 to finish this submission, but between having worked on this for quite a long time, as well as the last thing that I have to work on for this is the ever-so-dreadful shading work (especially for multicast work like thisAAAAUGHGSHG), I think I'd just stick to the original schedule of September 21 for this one and move on to the next work after this. *sigh*

Okay, so. During the last few months I saw a few Spyro fanarts in the internet. Nothing special, frankly; I like Skylanders, and I know Spyro makes an appearance there even though it's not quite his game, but I don't see Spyro as some icon or such, maybe because unlike his fans, I didn't grow up playing his early games.
However, at some point I decided to browse a bit about Spyro's games, and found out (at that time) that they are releasing a remastered version of his first three games on September 21. Normally, this would be just a meh to me, except that at present, the Skylanders series is pretty much down in the dumps (no news of any new games since Imaginators in 2016).
Which then gave me this idea: What if, due to Skylanders losing steam, Spyro gets reassigned? In this case, reassigned to his remastered games (or as you can say, sent back to his old games)?
Of course, since he has been part of the Skylanders cast (PS: I know the game makers have said that Skylanders Spyro is a different entity that Classic Spyro, but I am totally not buying it; The looks are similar enough that to me, Spyro is Spyro, wherever he is), and that the Skylanders cast are unlikely to ever show up in the remastered Spyro games (and hell, maybe not even in any future Spyro games), I imagine maybe this (or should I say, the last Skylanders game or media) will be the last time the Skylanders cast will mingle with Spyro.
So, yeah.
Anyway, since Skylanders have a ton of characters, for now I'm just focusing on the dragons (PS: the Spyro series before Skylanders are basically all about dragons, although it took me awhile to find out about that basic), and specifically, those I've anthropomorphized. These are actually only about half of the dragon cast of the entire Skylanders; there are a few more such as Zap, Sunburn etc whom I haven't anthro-ed yet. As for who they are in case you're wondering, from left to right:
Drobot, Whirlwind, Camo, Spotlight, Blackout, Bash, Flashwing, Cynder and Spyro
There. Finally I can start working on something else that's already way overdue XD
PS: By the way, among the dragons here, Whirlwind, Spotlight, Flashwing and Cynder are female, so I'd like to ask for your feedback about how well I've indicated that. I admit I used the breast cheat for these female anthros (subtler than a few other people I've seen, I gotta brag =P), but that aside, maybe you have something else to say (like, say, choice of clothes)?
PS 2: Oh, about the schedule. So, I did say I insisted that I wanted this out by today, but at the same time mentioning about being able to wait, right? That is because September 21 was the original scheduled release date for Spyro's remastered game, Spyro Reignited Trilogy, but only recently I found out that they have decided to push Spyro Reignited to November 13.
