Commentary:
Welp, now you know a little bit more of Volker. His hometown only gets a brief appearance, but based on what it looks like and what's in it, the reader can probably infer a few more things about him (as well as a few other characters).

Also now I FINALLY have have a name for Lubo's power. I'm gonna be honest, this name was actually only thought up a few weeks ago, but I think I like this name. I should make names for the other powers too.

Drawing Volker making various expressions is becoming a bit too fun. Especially the angry one on the last panel. Speaking of which, フリフリ (furi furi) is used for fuming or being angry.
