I would say this is an AU of my character. However, based on his very nature, it's quite possible Necire lives well through the industrial age of the realm. Based on his "business" it's only natural he delights himself in the more "underhanded" reality of the mafia. Besides, he so does love to get his hands "dirty" from time to time.
