It's October now which means spooky times forever. After avoiding the true horror of designing a skull for a character with side-mouth and semi-conjoined eyes, I finally did it and here it is. IN TWO VARIANTS, your normal, every day skull faced lizard man...and....HELL-FIRE SKULL LIZARD MAN. Why blue? Because that's the colour of his eyes, aww, how precious. AND SPOoooOoKKYY.
