I like the hair and getting a chance to see her without her hat on as well as the outfit, seeing her in a dress like that is cute and being Scarlet it's girlie but not too girlie. It's really cute! I still prefer the hat wearing tomboy cutie, however, if Brit got her to dress up like something similar to her costume sometimes I wouldn't mind that at all :P
