Hiddson: Hello and welcome to week 3 of the 2018-2019 edition of Bandits Breakdown, I'm Brett Hiddson along with with Terrence Thursday. Terry, a tough loss and Jose Alcala out for a while but Bandits have to rebound and take on the New Orleans Corsairs who themselves are trying to fight off going 0-3 in the season.
Thursday: Yeah, Brett, one team looking to rebound from one loss and another team looking for win number one and a signature performance. Bandits have to be careful as they have concerns of their own and the both teams need this win to get momentum going for their seasons.

Hiddson: Action was slow in the first half until a few field goals made their marks on the scorecard. Bandits, takes advantage of a drive extending field penalty and Stapler finds Issac Sierra for 37 yards. Later in the drive 2nd and goal for the Bandits, Stapler with a jump ball for Smith, and touchdown! Got to feel good netting his first touchdown of the season and to take the lead.
Thursday: That's right, Brett. Stapler with a beautiful throw as Smith was the only one who could come down with it, and a great catch and toe tap by Sean Smith to make it easy for the refs to signal the touchdown.
Hiddson: Bandits wouldn't stop there as Corsairs looked to respond with a drive of their own...
KLVB Radio: Fields on the first play of the drive... takes the snap, quick pass to DiAmado... complete! Kelley Rowe quick to bring-- The ball is loose! Rowe and DiAmado are jockeying for it and the pile starting to form with multiple players... refs clearing it up and signal BANDITS FOOTBALL! ROWE with the strip and the fumble recovery and the Bandits get an opportunity on offense on the 25 yard line!
Hiddson: KLVB radio with the call and the Desert desperadoes do take advantage as Stapler finds Sierra on out route and he shakes off several tacklers on his way to the end zone for a back breaking 25 yard touchdown. Second half and the Bandits finding themselves in complete control on the defensive end as Pikake, McLeod, Adams among others make their way to bringing down Fields over and over for sacks. Netting them 5 for the entire unit with Adams getting 2 for himself. Bandits get Issac another touchdown early in the fourth and that would be all she wrote as the Bandits win running away, 27-6.
Thursday: For the Bandits improving to 2-1 on the young season can be a huge boost going into next week while the Corsairs are still looking for that first win this season. Good on the Bandits getting a complete game from offense and defense and hopefully that can carry over.
Hiddson: With the Bandits on the road to Easton next week. Hopefully the return of Roy Viridi-Aqua can add to this offense and get the desperadoes back in the forefront of playoff caliber football. And with that we'll take a short break and when we come back a look at the Bandits next showdown against the Easton Bald Eagles.
