Where would Beau the Bunny be without a nemesis? His most frequent nemesis was Raggy the Rat, whose dirty tricks would always cause problems for the naughty bunny. Depending on the cartoon, his personality would range from semi-benevolent yet harsh, to pure evil. On one day, he and the randy rabbit would be fighting for a girl's affections, on some days he would be Beau's evil employer, on some days he would be a greedy swindler trying to steal Beau's money. But in the end, he would always be driven crazy by the bunny's antics, or get his just desserts. He remains Beau's most well-known nemesis to this day. From the 60s onward, he was voiced by the late Vincent Price.

So damned textbook First School it should be illegal.
Bashed-up "trash-can" top-hat, perched, almost floating, atop big round head.
Steam-puff plebes to show anger.
Three-finger, pleated-back gloves.
Truly flat-black coloring where appropriate.
Shined "clown toe" shoes.
Just too fucking perfect.
The distressing to the frame itself is also well done.
