Here's an all-new lambasting of the POTUS - in the form of yet another "Front & Back" comic gag with 'Donovan Lupus'...
Many years ago, I recall a comedy routine by George Carlin about the 'oxymoron' - any phrase containing two words that contradict one another. They include 'jumbo shrimp', 'civil war' and 'military intelligence'. Since then, 'President Trump' inadvertently created a few of his own (which are featured on the front of the wolf's latest T-shirt)...
The last oxymoron - 'Safe' teargas - stemmed from the recent event, when members of that caravan of central American citizens attempted to cross the Mexico/US from Tijuana, only to be attacked by US troops lobbing teargas into the crowd (which included innocent mothers and children). Later on, Trump claimed that said teargas was 'safe'... and if you believe that, I've got some swampland I'd like to sell you.
Only someone like "Old 45" can provide the obvious difference between an oxymoron and a regular moron!

"safe tear gas" Cooking Mace
You know, hot peppers, onions, garlic and pure hot foods?
Clean Coal Plant
Clean Coal is slang for Clean Coal Technology. While Clean Coal is itself an Oxymoron, we don't get to blame Trump for making it up(Apr 11, 1987). We just get to laugh at him for not understanding it.

From the Wikipedia article on Tear Gas:
As with all non-lethal, or less-lethal weapons, there is some risk of serious permanent injury or death when tear gas is used.[6][7][1] This includes risks from being hit by tear gas cartridges, which include severe bruising, loss of eyesight, skull fracture, and even death.[8] A case of serious vascular injury from tear gas shells has also been reported from Iran, with high rates of associated nerve injury (44%) and amputation (17%),[9] as well as instances of head injuries in young people.[10]
While the medical consequences of the gases themselves are typically limited to minor skin inflammation, delayed complications are also possible: people with pre-existing respiratory conditions such as asthma, who are particularly at risk, are likely to need medical attention[2] and may sometimes require hospitalization or even ventilation support.[11] Skin exposure to CS may cause chemical burns[12] or induce allergic contact dermatitis.[2][3] When people are hit at close range or are severely exposed, eye injuries involving scarring of the cornea can lead to a permanent loss in visual acuity.[13] Frequent or high levels of exposure carry increased risks of respiratory illness.[1]
Sooooooo, yeah. Real 'safe' mr. 'president'

Taking them in order:
"Fake news" is not an oxymoron. See "yellow journalism", or any number of tabloids. ("Bat Boy Lives!") It's nothing but another term for fake information, i.e. a lie.
"Clean coal" dates to Obama, and refers to carbon capture technology. Trump only mangled it.
And while tear gas isn't perfectly safe, the Obama-era standard tactic stopped the onrushing migrants without injury. (Despite a report, since refuted by Mexican authorities, that a girl had died.)
Just so you know.
(Fun fact: In 2012, CS gas was deployed at our border with Mexico 26 times. Pepper spray being a separate item, of course.)

Not to be needlessly contrary, but "shrimp" means a particlar crustation (yum!); the connotation of "small" comes only from the slang use of the word.
"Jumbo shrimp" just means larger specimens of the same [edible] critter (I'll take a dozen to go, beer-batter-fried, with cocktail sauce and seasoned fries, please).
The Dumpster Fire does not strike me as being one of those "oxy" types, and classifying him as a moron may be over-praising a one-man cluster****.
