Yeah, I know. I have no idea who Julie Bruin is. At least, I didn't. I actually looked it up in the middle of posting this comment. I don't watch Tiny Toons, or at least haven't for a very long time. Even when I did, I must have missed the episode with her in it...or at least forgot. I'm a very old man.
She’s a character who’s an over-the-top parody of her actual self, Julie Brown (also famous for voicing “Minerva Mink” in Animaniacs); Bruin was featured in the Tiny Toons episode “Tiny Toons Music Television”, which is an episode that’s basically a parody of MTV itself, which, coincidentally Julie Brown herself has a show on, much like her character counterpart
