The sad part is I've seen more than once little old ladies driving like Ruby. We call 'em 'ghost cars' because it looks like nobody's driving them, especially from behind.

What inspired this for me was an experience I had, where I was at a stop light, and this huge SUV came barreling down the road towards me. I braced to be rear-ended, but thankfully it came to a stop. I was like 'what the heck is that driver doing?' and then saw it was an old Asian lady behind the steering wheel, peeking through it. I was like 'why is such a tiny woman driving such a big car??' XD

Yup, the ones I remember best were from when I was a kid, seeing a massive road-boat Chrysrler or Cadillac driven by a little old lady that likely wouldn't top 100 pounds soaking wet.

I see stuff like that more often than I care to admit. I don't know what it is but I keep seeing people that should at least be using a booster seat. I remember there being a bus driver. When I went to school, who had a series of wooden blocks attached to the pedals on the bus so she could reach the pedals. I'm not making that up. I've also known multiple drivers in the three and 4 foot size range and it's really bizarre when you see one literally in the position of this particular image that you've depicted. There's been a few elderly women where I live that you could barely see you there. I line. Over the dash and Bill is there's a confliction with the regulations for driving because technically speaking one regulations states they are not allowed to be but the other regulation counteracts it under discrimination against the handicapped technically speaking they're supposed to have modified controls and be sitting on an object that boosts them up for visual clearance much the same way people who are paralyzed from the waist down have physical controls to operate the panels. They're supposed to be driving a modified vehicle to accommodate their particular condition, but it's never really enforced. There is a lady. I keep seeing at the grocery store who is the same height as many me and she drives a fairly large vehicle to get groceries. I've never yet seen her behind the wheel. Specifically, but seeing her loading groceries in it. What really puts an unspeakable mix of unease is I know somebody who was blind and was driving, I can't make that up. The man was blind and for over 10 years got away with driving his wife would sit in the passenger seat, giving him directions. The whole situation got exposed when his wife had a stroke while he was driving. Seen the guy twice walking with the blind man's cane and proceed to get in the vehicle and witnessed his wife giving him step-by-step instructions. One of these situations was him white literally on the road sitting next to me at a stoplight.
