Just the neck looks a little bit word for me and the fur on her cheecks, they look so large in my opinion
but i like the pose is really cute and i love the halo how is done and that is what makes the picture really great ^^<3

As far as critique I'm no expert but Ricoont may be on to something. I can't remember seeing a pose like that so I could be wrong, but if you look up like that, the chin/bottom of the face doesn't seem to line up with the neck quite that much. Though this is just from me actually looking up as far as I can and feeling how it looked.

I tried to explain by drawing it, cuz I am rubbish at explaining stuff in words XD here goes:

-Neck needs shortening, I drew in her jaw how I would do it. But bear in mind this is roguh so u might need to tweak it
-Make her body profile, I think, it looks odd when her body is slightly turned at the front but at the back it isn't.
-Might wanna change her tail, make the image longer vertically maybe, I dunno, it seems a bit odd with her tail curled like that, if she is floating in mid-air the tail would make a good point of that if you get it right. Or, if you want it more lanscape, make her tail a bit less curled but floating sort of straight diagonally to the bottom?
-Her head looks a bit big
