While everyone's favourite library and information network cataloguing system is more than happy to socialise and help you with whatever you need, that doesn't mean he's always on the 'surface' of your system monitoring your every move. No, the helpful lynx AI has access to an increasingly broad archive of information from which he can draw whatever information his user requires, or that even he himself is curious about.
Of course, when he's deeply rooted in the system, his appearance isn't the first thing on one's mind, which is why his outfit resembles something from TRON, simple black tightness with glowing lines that may or may not be the same purple as that lovely Lucario friend he met the other day!
