I didn't do a Chanukah or Christmas story, but I'm just in time for New Years! Looks like Fresh and Kishara are ringing it in in a big way.
“Hey, Mom.” Fresh held the phone to his pointed ear. “I don’t think we’ll be able to make it out there for New Year’s tonight.” There was a pause as he listened. The fox stood up and started pacing, a bad habit he could never seem to break. “It’s still a three-hour drive. And the roads are already terrible.” Another pause as he opened the shades, greeted by a gloomy view. Dark grey skies loomed overhead as waves of white snow blanketed the roads. “This city’s not well prepped.” Another pause, another sigh. “I know we had worse up there every other weekend. Look, it’s a lot of driving and I still have work the day after… We came up to visit for Thanksgiving and Chanukah!” Fresh groaned. “I’m sorry, but we just can’t make it. Give my regards to Dad and Riley.” He made his way back to the couch. “Yeah, I’ll text Brooke too.” One last pause. “Love you too, Mom. Bye.”
The fox flopped down on the couch, now greeted by a familiar, beautiful smile. “Love you, Mom.” Kishara teased her blushing boyfriend. “How cute.”
“Hey, if I can’t end a phone call like that to the person who raised me, who can I say it to, other than you?” He pulled the snow leopard in a tight embrace, his bright orange fur clashing against her soft, spotted gray hide.
It was her turn to blush, though hers was out of delight rather than his embarrassment. Her head gently leaned against his chest, a soft purr leaving her mouth. Through the embrace, she could hear the fox’s heart start racing; the same flutters she felt in her own chest. “Riley and Brooke… those were your sisters, right?”
“Yeah, younger and older.” Fresh started tapping away at his phone, sending his sister a new year’s greeting.
“Your parents mad that we can’t get there tonight?”
“My mom will get over it and knowing my dad, he’ll understand. I’m used to the snow, but I still don’t like driving in it. Much less driving 3 hours away in the dark.” Fresh shuddered at the idea, a painful memory coming to surface. “Kind of surprised you didn’t want to go to your home tonight. Or even Christmas.”
“It didn’t really pay to fly cross-country now. I know my parents would have paid for it had I asked, but Christmas wasn’t a big holiday for me. We were never religious. I’m kind of surprised your family was that big into Chanukah. You don’t seem religious either.”
“We’re not. It’s more for the family and the tradition of it. Did it every year. Sorry I dragged you to it though.” Fresh blushed even harder as he thought of the party at the beginning of the month.
“Why? I had fun!” She flashed him the warm, bubbly smile she usually wore. “And it was nice to meet your family.”
“They are… something. Thanks for putting up with them.” He pulled her in close again, this time facing her. His brilliant green eyes gazed into her deep, lustrous purple ones, the pair leaning in close together, lips interlocking in a peaceful moment of passion. Again, both could feel each other’s hearts racing.
Day turned to night in what seemed like a flash as the happy couple stayed in their comfortable apartment for the evening. The gray sky had turned pitch black hours ago, the new year fast approaching.
“11 already…” Fresh yawned, never having been a night fox.
“Aw, come on! It’s only another hour! Let’s play a game or something.” Kishara pleaded. “I want to start the new year right; with you.” The pair smiled at the romantic comment. They were silent for a while; the two of them playing together, working through some difficult puzzles and battles. Though she wasn’t as big a fan of games as Fresh, Kishara was more than happy to at least be playing together with him.
“OK, so now we just need to—” Kishara, having really gotten into the game, was interrupted by a soft snore. She sighed as she checked her phone. “11:45… perfect timing.” The snow leopardess stood up as quietly as possible to avoid waking him. There was a small surprise she had been waiting to use for just this moment. She knew her partner all too well. Without a sound, Kishara crept up behind Fresh, party popper held above his head. With a devious smile and quick tug of the string, the popper went off with a loud bang, covering both fox and snow leopard with multicolored glitter.
“OH ARCEUS WHAT DAY IS IT?” Fresh’s ears twitched as he stood up in a panic from the loud noise. He clutched his chest, feeling his heart race before turning around to the giggling snow leopard behind him. “What the hell?” He looked up at her as he brushed some of the glitter off his fur.
“Good, you’re awake!” Kishara laughed, not even struggling with the glitter in her fur.
“Yeah, but now I’m never going to fall asleep!”
“We’ve got 10 minutes! Just calm down!” She pulled him into a tight hug and stroked the fur on his neck. “I know you’re from New York and it’s not a big deal for you, but I still want to watch the ball drop together.” Fresh let out a gentle sigh. His heart had stopped racing, his mind growing calmer as he returned his partner’s hug. Kishara turned on the TV to a news broadcast covering event in Times Square, but turned the volume low, not wanting to disturb each other’s company.
Both Fresh and Kishara heard it; over the low volume of the TV, a soft hissing sound echoed in through their apartment. Fresh looked around in confusion while Kishara just smiled. She could feel her belly very slowly starting to puff outwards beneath her shirt. And she knew the same was happening to Fresh. Ever so slowly her white-furred belly pressed outwards, barely peeking out beneath her dark blue top.
Fresh noticed the same feeling, his own white-furred gut pressing outwards, very slightly pushing out his button-down shirt. He watched the buttons get tighter as his belly swelled further and further outwards past his chest. The fox looked over at the snow leopard and her swelling belly, now showing more of itself. “What did you do?”
“Aww, what’s the matter? Didn’t like my little party favor?” Kishara stood up and walked over to him, her shirt resting atop her stomach, now proudly sitting out in full display. She glanced over at the popper sitting on the table with a wry smile. With two loud snaps, the buttons on his shirt flew off, exposing his swollen middle through the center. She poked his fuzzy belly, feeling it fill tightly with air. She gave another giggle as her own swelling belly bounced rubbed against his, their soft fur brushing and tickling. She absolutely loved this feeling of filling up like a balloon. And though he tried to hide it, Fresh did too, his blushing face giving it away.
“What kind of popper was that?” Fresh felt his pants start to grow tighter as well, feeling his thighs and butt pressing uncomfortably against his jeans. The sound of fabric stretching and growing tighter joined in the hissing air. His belt started to cut painfully into his swelling waist as the pressure inside his body mounted. A loud tear rang out followed the by clang of metal hitting the floor as his belt broke off, giving him a brief respite as his butt continued to inflate.
“It’s a gag gift. That glitter inside is special. It causes whoever it contacts to inflate like a balloon, perfectly in time with the new year!” The on-screen clock read 11:55, only minutes to go before the ball dropped. Kishara giggled as she felt her rear start to puff outwards to match her belly. Her comfortable grey sweatpants stretched around her swelling butt and thighs, fully accentuating her growing body. Both she and Fresh watched her butt press outwards, pushing down the waistband of her pants and exposing her purple panties. “And just wait until the ball finally drops…”
A few more loud snaps came from Fresh as more buttons flew off his shirt. His belly had swollen to over a foot large and his shirt was barely holding on up top. SNAP, ZIP! Sounds cried out lower as the button on his jeans flew off and the fly came undone, showing off his boxers. The jeans he wore were snapping and tearing quickly, leaving many holes on his legs with bright orange fur forcing itself out. With some loud rips, his swelling butt tore through, the tattered remains of his pants falling to the floor. Fresh blushed, his massive butt barely covered by his rapidly shrinking boxers. Kishara sauntered over and squeezed his massive booty, only causing him to blush even deeper. The feeling of her soft hands against his swelling backside was pure bliss.
11:57. Kishara’s sweatpants started to lose the battle with her swelling butt. Gray and black fur poked through holes that had started to show. Kishara purred happily as the sweats gave way, her massive spotted rear not even covered by her panties any further. Up top, her belly continued to swell outwards and her shirt got ever tighter. Her breasts started to gently billow outwards, heavily stretching her top. The neckline plunged further downwards as her usual B cups grew into a C, her bra somehow stretching comfortably. Another minute went by and her breasts grew another cup size, tearing off her shirt completely and leaving her in nothing but her bra and panties. Soft flesh poured out of her clearly too tight bra, yet it still held.
With only a minute to go, Fresh and Kishara’s bodies continued to swell. Their backs and sides started to round outwards. Fresh’s chest puffed outwards to match up with his belly giving him a more spherical shape, though his butt was still huge behind him. Kishara’s blimpy body also started to grow rounder, her grey sides and back swelling outwards. Aside from her boobs and butt, she was also a huge, round balloon. The remains of Fresh’s shirt tore off around his round, orange-furred body. Loud creaks could be heard as they continued to bloat even larger.
The crowd on screen started to count down the final seconds. Fresh and Kishara managed to roll over and face each other, their blimpy bodies brushing.
“I love you, Fresh.” Kishara stared into ballooned partner’s eyes.
“I love you too, Kishara.” Fresh leaned as much as he could, giving her a deep, passionate kiss. They both knew what was coming next as the ominous creaking grew louder.
“3! 2! 1!” The TV crowd counted down. “HAPPY NEW YEAR!”
BANG!
The cheers of the crowd on TV continued as orange, white, grey, and black scraps fell about the room. For the loving couple, the new year was already off to a booming start.
