Salrie's turn. This deck almost never plays its commander with the mana cost of 9, but with Fist of Suns and Jodah, that can change easily. At this point, Elek summons a 9-cost Dragon and a 7-cost dragon with only 5 mana.

Salrie wouldn't want to kill Elek right off the bat, but he knows Elek won't take it personally. It might be bad strategy on his part, but he wouldn't want to destroy the experience for anyone else.

Descriptions of cards:

Dragon Tempest-
Whenever a creature with flying enters the battlefield under your control, it gains haste until end of turn.
Whenever a Dragon enters the battlefield under your control, it deals X damage to any target, where X is the number of Dragons you control.

The Ur Dragon-
Eminence — As long as The Ur-Dragon is in the command zone or on the battlefield, other Dragon spells you cast cost 1 less to cast.
Flying
Whenever one or more Dragons you control attack, draw that many cards, then you may put a permanent card from your hand onto the battlefield.

Whenever a Dragon you control attacks, it gains double strike until end of turn.
