Zax: What if the Rapture was the growing threats of terrorism around Earth? It could be that instead.

Levon: No, Chuong's right. The Rapture is an end time event when all Christian believers who are alive will rise along with the resurrected dead believers into Heaven and join Christ. After this happens, you have what's called the Tribulation. This is a relatively short period of time where everyone will experience worldwide hardships, disasters, famine, war, pain, and suffering, which will wipe out more than 75% of all life on the earth before the Second Coming of Jesus takes place.
