Deneb's deck is an aggro deck. It's more suitable for a 1v1 fight, but with Purphoros out, the deck gains an extra amount of global burst. This turn, Deneb deals a total of 40 damage: 8 to Elek, 8 to Salrie, and 24 to Seglagg. It seems that Deneb is very much aware of Seglagg's potential and wants to put a stop to it. Sadly, in red decks, enchantment removal is sparse, so they're going to have to get really lucky to find a response... or just hope that an opponent will take care of Medrash instead. However, Elek's turn is coming up, and he already has a lot of threats on his plate to think about: Salrie's gigantic dragons, Seglagg's sudden increase in mana potential, and Deneb's destructive god... Who is Elek going to take care of to make sure he'll stay alive?

For this deck, I just recently got Purphoros. It's such a good card I'm tempted to make it the commander in the future.
