Andor ws already in the kitchen by the time Nat woke up, three eggs cracked in one skillet and a few slices of bacon in another, the coffee was already all set to go, a full pot made and the newpaper on the table for his hubby.

Nat had woken up, opening the bedroom door and yawning as he headed over to the kitchen. "Morning, morning..." The bear walked over to his husband and kissed him on the cheek. "How are we doing today, hm?"

The polar bear smiled and looked over to the brown bear cheerfully. "Morning, Love. Breakfest is aaalmost done, there's coffee ready and the paper's on the table."

"Geez, you spoil me a lot...what did I ever do to deserve having you?" He smiled, going and sitting down on a chair close to his love, picking up the newspaper.

"Mmm... for one, being cute helps. Two... you sampled my cooking when we first met..." Andor laughed and flipped the eggs.

"Man, I couldn't have asked for a better cook! You're really the perfect husband...you kinda...make me look bad!" Nat chuckled, spreading the paper open.

Andor laughed at this before turning from the stove and coming up behind the bear, bending over and giving his cheek a kiss from the side. "You'll never be a bad husband, cutie."

"That I don't doubt...but I could be a bad father..." He stopped. "Wait, where's Terry? Is he with Pollux?"

"You're not a bad father... Terry and Pollux wanted to camp out last night..." He pointed to the window. "So they chose the backyard..."

"Oh, okay...I mean, that's good...uh..." He looked down to his coffee mug and drank some. "Uhm...am I being too overprotective?"

Andor put his hand over Nat's. "Naw, I think you're doing well... you raised a good son, anyone can see that."

"Well, I only sort of raised him...it's been over 8 years now...but it feels like a lifetime..."

He smiled and nodded. "I hope I've been good to him too, but only time will tell." He stood back up straight and went to the stove.

"I'm sure you have..." He muttered, going back to his newspaper.
