So yeah... I've been trying to make models for SFM for quite some time. But due to other things; like work and procrastination; trying to practice has been really the last thing on my mind. Until today that is. One thing I've been wanting to do is make clothing for models, and not just jerry-rig models to get them to work either. I've tried a many of techniques, either they take too long or don't give the results that I was hoping. But then I tried one final technique: Why not use the polygons on the model already, copy them, smooth them out and scale them to fit? And thus, what you see, is the fruit of that result.

Keep in mind, this is just a test to see if this would work. Yes, I used the Female Lizard model that  petruz made. No, I'm not making clothing for him (I'm still a noob). And I'm not gonna release this model since it's a prototype with no flexes. With more practice, I may be able to start making clothing for any model, not just these ones.
