I don't know whether to commend or critique James for his harshly realistic take on potential mates. Sure the other guy may have taste and wealth, but James has super powers and, judging by how you drew the two of them in the fifth panel, considerably more youth. Just perhaps tone down the over eagerness and I'm sure he'd be a fitting competition.

True but James knows who he is and that he is not the most mature or refined of people. He admits earlier that the mare is likely out of his league but he wants to try anyway.
