I forget if it was mentioned, but sometimes I get the feeling that Tali is the interviewer jotting down WW5s recollections. And there by used to WQ keeping her skills with Sun and Moon sharp.

It's never been explicitly stated to whom WW5 is speaking; however, Tali HAS made at least one appearance (in "Within the Hollow Crown"), so she does know about the world of Faerie, and WW5 (and the WQ) specifically.
